Migration of shafafiya portal

As communicated earlier, DOH will migrate shafafiya portal to the new platform shortly. During migration shafafiya web services will not be available from 00:00 hours Thursday, 21st September until maximum 12:00 noon Saturday, 23rd September 2017. After migration, all web services are expected to operate in exactly the same way as in the current system, so Healthcare Entities will not need to change configuration of their production systems. If migration finishes sooner, the market will be notified immediately.

Please note that the existing drug coding classification will continue, and transition to the new DOH New Drug Coding Classification will be announced at a later stage.

In addition, from 21st September 2017 shafafiya users will benefit from a 24x7 call centre support at: 02-4045433
