CHANGE OF DATE: Implementation of the New Drug Coding Classification

As communicated earlier, transition to the new DOH New Drug Coding Classification has been postponed. The new effective date will be 23 November 2017.

From 00:00 hours 23 November 2017 in transactions with EncounterStart on or after that date, any drug activities should be coded with the new drug codes. Transactions with EncounterStart before the above date will continue to be coded with Greenrain drug codes.

To facilitate the preparation for transition, in the Public Test Environment, the effective date of the new drug codes will remain the same - 1 September 2017.
